(the “Company”) is aware of the importance of personal information and strictly complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other laws in order to rigorously protect personal information and gain the trust of customers. The Company also fulfills its responsibilities as a business that handles personal information and exercises extreme care regarding the handling of personal information, managing it in accordance with this Privacy Policy to enable customers to use the Company’s services with assurance.
The Company collects personal information regarding customers only to the extent necessary to provide them with high-quality services. Personal information is collected after disclosing the intended uses and obtaining customer consent. Personal information is collected only to the extent necessary to achieve the objectives of its collection. In addition, the Company uses only lawful and fair methods for the collection of personal information.
The Company performs appropriate centralized management including sharing of personal information collected by the Company and conducting training and education of officers and employees for the protection of personal information. Persons with access rights to databases and so on relating to personal information are limited and measures are taken to prevent unauthorized use and external data breaches.
In addition, the Company strives to protect personal information by taking appropriate and reasonable safety measures against risks including unauthorized access from outside the Company, loss, destruction, and tampering with personal information.

Any customer desiring disclosure, correction, termination of use, deletion, etc. of his or her own personal information in the possession of the Company is requested to contact the Company.
Upon receiving a request for disclosure of personal information, the Company will promptly disclose said information to the customer, except in cases where there would be a substantial impairment to the conduct of the Company’s business or there is a risk of harm to the life, person, property, or other interests of an individual.
Upon receiving a request for correction, termination of use, or deletion of personal information, the Company promptly conducts an investigation and takes the appropriate action; provided, however, that in these cases, it may not be possible to continue use of purchased product services.
When disclosing and/or correcting personal information, it is necessary to confirm the customer’s identity in order to prevent data breaches and tampering or deletion by third parties, and the Company will retain the details of the customer’s request in accordance with Company rules. Please refrain from making requests by mail as it is difficult to confirm identity in these conditions.
The Company shall review and improve each item of this Privacy Policy as necessary in order to respond appropriately to changes occurring in the Company’s business activities and the social environment with regard to the handling of customer personal information.
